Terms: All sales are final! For individual products, the terms for return are as follows:

  • t-shirts – return for correct size if wrong size sent by mistake. Cannot be worn, washed or used in any manner.
  • Books – return if you receive a damage or defective book for a replacement book.
  • Chewgars – return if damaged for return of same flavor.
  • Cigars – return any cigar if damaged for another cigar of same style.

WARNING: It’s Only Cigars.com does not sell tobacco (products) to anyone under age 18. It’s Only Cigars.com does not sell cigarettes of any type. In AK, AL, NJ, and UT you MUST be 19 years of age to purchase tobacco (products).

ALL wrong sized / damaged product(s) must be returned within 48 hours of receipt. Email It’s Only Cigars immediately upon receipt of any defective or product sent in error.
